The Delhi-Mumbai Expressway target has been set by the Government of India to be completed by the year 2023.
3. Aim to become self-sufficient in the fertilizer sector :
The Government of India has set a target of becoming completely self-sufficient in the fertilizer sector by the year 2023, under which India has to make India self-sufficient in fertilizer production and export.

1. कालाजार को पूरी तहर समाप्त करने का लक्ष्य :
यह लक्ष्य भारत सरकार द्वारा वर्ष 2023 तक निर्धारित किया गया है जबकि इस लक्ष्य को विश्व में समाप्त करने का लक्ष्य डब्ल्यू0एस0ओ0 द्वारा वर्ष 2023 तक निर्धारित किया गया है।
2. दिल्ली मुंबई एक्सप्रेस-वे लक्ष्य :
दिल्ली मुंबई एक्सप्रेस-वे लक्ष्य को भारत सरकार द्वारा वर्ष 2023 तक समाप्त करने का निर्धारित किया गया है।
3. उर्वरक क्षेत्र में आत्मनिर्भर बनने का लक्ष्य :
भारत सरकार द्वारा उर्वरक क्षेत्रों में पूरी तरह आत्मनिर्भर बनने का लक्ष्य वर्ष 2023 तक निर्धारित हैं जिसके तहत भारत को उर्वरक उत्पादन व निर्यात में भारत को आत्मनिर्भर बनाना है।
4. ब्रॉडगेज रूट को 100 प्रतिशत विद्युतीकरण करने का लक्ष्य :
ब्रॉडगेज रूट को 100 प्रतिशत विद्युतीकरण करने का लक्ष्य वर्ष 2023 तक निर्धारित है।
उक्त के अतरिक्त अन्य महत्वपूर्ण लक्ष्य निम्नवत् है :
➡ कृषि मे शून्य डीजल उपयोग तथा नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा के इस्तेमाल का लक्ष्य वर्ष 2024 निर्धारित।
➡ सबके लिए आवास मुहैया कराने का लक्ष्य 2024 तक है।
➡ डिजिटल रेडियो लॉन्च करने का लक्ष्य वर्ष 2024 तक निर्धारित है।
➡ हर घर में नल से जल/स्वच्छ जल की आपूर्ति का लक्ष्य वर्ष 2024 निर्धारित है।
➡ सड़क दुर्घटनाओं से होने वाली मौतों को 50 प्रतिशत तक कम करने का लक्ष्य वर्ष 2024 निर्धारित है।
➡ भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था को 5 ट्रिलियन डॉलर इकोनॉमी बनाने का लक्ष्य भारत सरकार द्वारा वर्ष 2024-25 तक निर्धारित किया गया है।
➡ सभी गांवों में ऑप्टिकल फाइबर बिछाने का लक्ष्य भारत सरकार द्वारा वर्ष 2025 तक निर्धारित किया गया है।
➡ भारत को टी0बी0 मुक्त देश बनाना के लक्ष्य 2025 तक निर्धारित है।
➡ 100 मीट्रिक टन कोयला गैसीकरण प्राप्त करने का लक्ष्य 2030 तक निर्धारित किया गया है।
➡ 500 गीगावाट अक्षय ऊर्जा प्राप्त करने का लक्ष्य 2030 तक निर्धारित है।
➡ 280 गीगावाट सौर ऊर्जा प्राप्त करने का लक्ष्य 2030 तक निर्धारित है।
➡ विश्व की तीसरी सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था बनाने का लक्ष्य सन् 2030 तक है।
➡ सेवा क्षेत्र में 1 टिलियन डॉलर निर्यात का लक्ष्य वर्ष 2030 तक निर्धारित है।
➡ कुल कार्बन उत्सर्जन में एक अरब टन की कमी वर्ष 2030 तक है।
➡ भारत से पूर्ण रूप से मलेरिया उन्मूलन बनाने का लक्ष्य वर्ष 2030 तक निर्धारित है।
➡ कुल वाहन में 30 प्रतिशत इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन करने का लक्ष्य वर्ष 2030 तक निर्धारित है।
➡ एस0आई0वी0 एड्स को खत्म करने का लक्ष्य वर्ष 2030 तक है।
➡ भारतीय रेलवे को नेट जीरो कार्बन एमिशन या ग्रिन रेलवे बनाने का लक्ष्य वर्ष 2030 तक निर्धारित है।
➡ हाइड्रा फ्लोरो कार्बन के उपयोग को 80 प्रतिशत तक कम करने का लक्ष्य वर्ष 2047 तक है।
➡ भारत को ऊर्जा स्वतंत्र बनाने का लक्ष्य सरकार द्वारा 2047 तक निर्धारित है।
➡ मुंबई शहर में शून्य कार्बन उत्सर्जन का लक्ष्य वर्ष 2050 तक निर्धारित है।
➡ भारत द्वारा नेट जीरो का लक्ष्य वर्ष 2070 तक निर्धारित है।
